01The agreement

These terms govern your use of meyo.world and everything you buy through it. By browsing the store, saving a design or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the store.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

02Your account

You must be at least 16 to hold an account, and at least 18 or have a parent or guardian's permission to place an order. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@meyo.world if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, resale in breach of these terms, or anything unlawful.

03The 3D builder and your designs

The builder lets you combine bodies, faces, hair, outfits and finishes into a figure. You keep whatever rights you have in the design choices you make; we keep all rights in the underlying models, parts, textures, software and artwork that make those choices possible.

By saving or ordering a design you give us the licence we need to display it back to you, manufacture it, and show anonymised examples of finished work in our own marketing. Tell us at support@meyo.world if you would rather your figure was not shown.

You may not upload, request or produce a figure that infringes someone else's rights, depicts a real person without their permission, or is hateful, obscene or unlawful. We may refuse or cancel any order on those grounds and refund it in full.

04Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send a confirmation email. Until then we may decline the order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we cannot verify payment.

Every figure is made to order, so production begins shortly after confirmation. See our refund policy for the window in which an order can still be changed or cancelled.

05Pricing, tax and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the store at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Where duties or import taxes apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless the checkout says otherwise.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processor. If a price or product description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it at that price.

06Hand-finished goods

Figures are crafted and hand-finished in small batches. Paint, grain and finish vary a little from piece to piece, and screen colours are not an exact match for the object. That variation is the product, not a defect. Genuine faults are covered by our refund policy.

07Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is in our shipping policy.

08Creator partnerships

Creator drops are governed by a separate partner agreement in addition to these terms. Nothing on the partner pages is an offer or a guarantee of revenue; figures, run sizes and timelines are agreed case by case.

09Competitions and promotions

Giveaways, competitions and promotional codes may carry their own rules, which are published with the promotion and take precedence over these terms where they conflict. Entries obtained by automation, duplicate accounts or fraud are void.

10Our intellectual property

The MEYO name and logo, the site, the builder, the 3D assets and all site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, extract or redistribute them, or use automated tools to harvest the models or imagery.

11Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Statutory consumer rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.

12Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which MEYO.world is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim locally as a consumer.
