What we collect when you build, buy and browse, and what we do with it.

01Information we collect

We collect the information you give us and the information your device sends us when you browse the store.

  • Account details: name, email address and password when you register.
  • Order details: shipping and billing address, order contents and order history.
  • Figure designs: the parts, colours and finishes you save in the 3D builder.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card; we never see or store the full number.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

02How we use your information

We use your information to run the store and to make the product better.

  • Crafting, packing and shipping your order, and answering questions about it.
  • Saving your designs so you can return to them across sessions and devices.
  • Sending order confirmations, dispatch notices and service messages.
  • Sending marketing email about drops and collaborations, where you have opted in.
  • Detecting fraud, abuse and payment risk.
  • Understanding which parts of the site people use so we can improve them.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the store work, and only with what they need:

  • Payment processing and checkout.
  • Manufacturing and fulfilment partners who craft and pack your figure.
  • Carriers who deliver it.
  • Email, hosting, analytics and customer support providers.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to.

If MEYO.world is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will tell you before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

05How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally seven years. Account details and saved designs are kept until you delete your account. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

To exercise any of these, email support@meyo.world from the address on your account. We will respond within the time the law allows, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

07Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and saved designs, and understand how the store is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser. Our cookie policy explains each category in detail.

08International transfers

We ship worldwide, and our service providers operate in several countries. Where personal information leaves your region, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

09Security

Traffic to the store is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

10Children

The store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@meyo.world and we will delete it.

11Changes and contact

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will also be sent by email to account holders.
