Shipping & Delivery

01Production time

Every figure is crafted and hand-finished to order. Production takes 3 to 4 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed. Limited runs and creator drops can take longer; the product page tells you when that is the case.

You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your figure leaves the workshop.

02Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free worldwide on every figure. Express options, where available, are priced at checkout.

03Delivery times

Once dispatched, typical transit times are:

• United Kingdom and European Union: 2 to 5 business days.
• United States and Canada: 4 to 8 business days.
• Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days.
• Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and peak periods can add time.

04Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside our dispatch region may attract import duty or local sales tax. Where these are not collected at checkout they are payable by the recipient on delivery. We cannot predict or refund them, and we do not mark parcels as gifts or understate their value.

05Packaging

Figures ship in a matte collector's box with a numbered card, inside a plain outer carton. Nothing on the outside identifies what is inside.

06Addresses and tracking

Check your address carefully at checkout. We can change it while the order is in production, so email support@meyo.world with your order number, but not once it has been dispatched.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not there, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier claim.
