A premium vinyl body, hand-painted, with a soft-touch matte finish and a weighted base. Limited editions add a premium hand finish, metal accents and an individually numbered base plate.

No, it is a display piece. Figures are made to sit on a shelf, not to be played with.

What you design is what we make. The 3D builder shows the parts, colours and fit you chose. Because each figure is hand-finished, expect small differences in paint depth, edges and texture, and some colour variation between your screen and the real object.

Those differences are part of a hand-made piece, not faults. If you are unsure, send us a photograph and we will tell you honestly.

Yes. Sign in and save it from the builder. It lands in My Figures on your profile, ready to open again.

As many as you like. Every save is a new figure in My Figures, numbered in the order you made them. Open one and use Save as copy to try a different fit without losing the original.

Yes. Design them in the builder the same way, and ship straight to their address at checkout. Not sure of their style? A MEYO gift card lets them build their own.

Yes. Open any shared MEYO link or a design on the MEYO Wall and hit Remix. It opens in the builder as your own new figure, and the original stays theirs.

Within 24 hours of ordering you can cancel for a full refund and order the version you want. After that, parts, paint and finish are committed to your design and production starts.

Production is 3 to 4 weeks from when your order is confirmed, then shipping on top. Limited runs and creator drops can take longer; the product page says when.

No, guest checkout works. An account lets you save figures, track every order in one place, store addresses and earn Bandz. If you create one later with the same email, your guest orders are linked to it automatically.

The price updates as you design and is always calculated on our side from the options you picked, so what you see in the cart is what you pay.

Within 24 hours of ordering you can cancel for a full refund, just email support@meyo.world with your order number. After that the figure is in production and cannot be cancelled, because the parts, paint and finish are specific to your design.

Signed in, it is under Orders on your profile. As a guest, use the order status page with your order number and email. You also get an email with tracking when your figure is dispatched.

Standard shipping is free worldwide on every figure. Express options, where available, are priced at checkout.

Typically 2–5 business days to the UK and EU, 4–8 to the US and Canada, 5–10 to Australia and New Zealand, and 7–14 to the rest of the world. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Possibly, depending on where you are. Where duty or local tax is not collected at checkout it is payable by the recipient on delivery, and we cannot predict or refund it.

In a matte collector's box with a numbered card, inside a plain outer carton. Nothing on the outside shows what is inside.

Email support@meyo.world within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the figure and the box. We replace or refund it in full, including shipping, and cover the return.

Yes. Register or sign in with the email you ordered with and the order is linked to your account, crediting its Bandz if it has been paid.
