Open the builder and pick the skin tone, eyes, hair, shirt, colours, shoes and accessories. The price updates as you go. Signed in, you can save it to My Figures and come back later.

Check out
Add it to your cart and pay securely, with an account or as a guest. Paid orders earn Bandz, and guest orders can be claimed later with the same email.

Change of heart window
You have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. After that your parts, paint and finish are committed and production starts.

We hand-finish it
Your figure is crafted and hand-finished in a small batch: premium vinyl, hand-painted, matte finish, weighted base. Limited runs can take longer; the product page says when.

You get an email with tracking the moment it leaves. Standard shipping is free worldwide, in a matte collector’s box with a numbered card.

Unbox it and check it over. If anything arrived damaged or isn’t what you designed, tell us within 14 days and we replace or refund it.

How long does it take?
Production is 3 to 4 weeks from when your order is confirmed, then shipping on top. Limited runs and creator drops can take longer; the product page says when.

No, guest checkout works. An account lets you save figures, track every order in one place, store addresses and earn Bandz. If you create one later with the same email, your guest orders are linked to it automatically.
How is the price worked out?
The price updates as you design and is always calculated on our side from the options you picked, so what you see in the cart is what you pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 24 hours of ordering you can cancel for a full refund, just email support@meyo.world with your order number. After that the figure is in production and cannot be cancelled, because the parts, paint and finish are specific to your design.

Signed in, it is under Orders on your profile. As a guest, use the order status page with your order number and email. You also get an email with tracking when your figure is dispatched.
